Life can be overwhelming, confusing, and lonely. Therapy can help you better understand yourself through curiosity about patterns, emotions, and protective strategies that helped you survive. Together we work toward greater self-understanding, connection, and meaningful change.

I help adults navigate neurodivergence (ADHD and autism), eating disorders, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions through individualized, collaborative, neurodivergent-affirming approach. nd grounded in curiosity rather than shame. I provide virtual therapy throughout California and Michigan, helping people better understand themselves, find greater internal balance and harmony, and create meaningful change.
While I draw from multiple approaches, I primarily use IFS because it helps people develop greater curiosity, self-understanding, and connection. Together, we work to understand patterns that once helped you survive so you can create lasting change.
IFS is a transformative, evidence-based psychotherapy that helps people heal, access, and love their protective and wounded inner parts. We believe the mind is naturally multiple — and that is a good thing. By helping people access their Core Self, and from this come to understand and heal their parts, IFS creates connectedness internally with Self and externally with the surrounding world.
